Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Need help with attendance?

Late Arrivals - If your child arrives late to school, they must report to the front office to be signed in electronically, they can then go to class. Parents are asked to provide an explanation as to why the child was late to school.

Early Departure - If you need to collect your child from school during school time, please do not go to the classroom as the teacher is unable to let your child leave with you. You must visit the front office, and give an explanation as to why your child is leaving early. A member of staff will arrange for your child to come to the front foyer for you.

Non Attendance -If your child is absent from school we require an explanation as to why. This can be explained on School Bytes, a phone call to the office (4787 1255) on the day or an email sent to (mtvictoria-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au), you can also send a note into the school with your child when they return to school. If we have an unexplained absence you will receive a phone call from the office at the end of the week.
